Whether it’s due to local regulations, HOA, or simply the desire to have more control over who can rent the property medium term rentals (aka mid-term rentals) are becoming increasingly popular. We’ve been offering them since 2016 (before they were cool). Our MTR program combines the hospitality and service of our vacation rental program (including monthly housekeeping!) with the safety of our LTR program. All tenants are prescreened, leased, and pay a deposit. We provide the same comprehensive care of the property as with vacation rentals.

Our friendly and professional hospitality team at Go Explore is ready to remotely support your STR/MTR in any geographic location while putting more of your income where it belongs—in your pocket. We’ll eliminate the burdens of listing optimization, pricing, constant guest communication, and will even onboard and streamline scheduling for your housekeeper(s).
The result: homeowners retain more control and save thousands annually when compared with traditional full-service vacation rental management fees.
