In business since 2016, we have a dedicated team that’s big enough to maximize efficiency and small enough to care about each property and homeowner. We take care of everything, from marketing to pricing to hosting to seasonal maintenance. Homeowners enjoy unlimited use of their property bookable in on owner portal where real-time stats and financials are also available. No stress about guest damage; we’ll handle any Airbnb claims and even cover damage between $100 and $1000 on direct/Vrbo stays. Your job? Receive a monthly ACH deposit and come visit if you like!

Medium Term Rentals
Whether it’s due to local regulations, HOA, or simply the desire to have more control over who can rent the property medium term rentals (aka mid-term rentals) are becoming increasingly popular. We’ve been offering them since 2016 (before they were cool). Our MTR program combines the hospitality and service of our vacation rental program (including monthly housekeeping!) with the safety of our LTR program. All tenants are prescreened, leased, and pay a deposit. We provide the same comprehensive care of the property as with vacation rentals.
Fee: 20%
Long Term Rentals
Our team has decades of combined experience and professional training in operating rental properties of all kinds. Our keys to success are screening tenants thoroughly, leasing strategically, maintaining properties proactively, and responding to homeowners quickly.
Fee: 10% (40% first month / 25% renewal month)
STR/MTR Listing and Communication Services – Just 9%
Go Explore is a remote-only service—perfect for owners who want to save on management fees while we handle guest communication and logistics from afar. Our friendly and professional hospitality team at Go Explore is ready to remotely support your STR/MTR in any geographic location while putting more of your income where it belongs—in your pocket. We’ll eliminate the burdens of listing optimization, pricing, constant guest communication, and will even onboard and streamline scheduling for your housekeeper(s).
The result: homeowners retain more control and save thousands annually when compared with traditional full-service vacation rental management fees.
