In the summer of 2019 we decided to upgrade our cabin’s kitchen and replace most of the furniture. Having done that we realized that fall we were not going to utilize the cabin as much as we planned. That is when we decided we would make it a ‘STR’ Short Term Rental and rent it out on Airbnb/Vrbo.
The only question in our mind was, who could we trust to take care of our home away from home while we were 1200 miles away and not on site to manage it ourselves?
Luckily our kitchen designer Robin Pasley came to our rescue and recommended Tim Thornton a local STR expert in the Colorado Springs area.
We put a call into Tim for an onsite interview and our call was returned the same afternoon by his team.
