Not sure how, but he gets the house booked even in the slow months… It’s booked even now during the COVID pandemic! We were starting to stress when we saw most of the bookings drop off after the Stay at Home orders extended over different states, but Tim managed to book a corporate renter in the house for 2 months (till mid-may). There is no way we could have managed to have the house filled on our own, especially in these crazy times. Not to mention taking care of the turn-over and maintenance. His team is excellent, and keeps the house in top shape which is reflected in very high reviews. We have personally met them a couple of times and they are very professional and attentive to details. I also witnessed a team member bring the cleaning crew fresh flowers one time in appreciation of their hard work. That says a lot about where their values are and how they treat their employees:) Tim is always available for any questions and their response is almost immediate. They literary take care of everything which leaves us completely hands off. He’s always good about reaching out for our input for bigger decisions, but most of the time we hardly hear anything other than getting the monthly reports and payment. It proved to be the best decision for us to go with Tim.”
